1. Ayleska Pipeline Service Company and the Marine Spill Response Corporation in the U.S.
2. Aramco in Saudia Arabia
3. Chevron in Angola
4. Phillips Petroleum in China
5. Ashland Oil in Nigeria
6. Other individual oil soill co-operatives and oil companies in the Unites States, Canada, Australia, Japan, England and Russia.
